Factoring Quadratic Trinomials Using Virtual Algebra Tiles

Goal: Students will use virtual Algebra tiles to better understand how to factor quadratic trinomials.

 

Context: This lesson would be part of a Quadratic Polynomial Unit.  This lesson would be one of the lessons of the unit and will use almost every concept that they have learned so far in the unit.  This is why it is very important to enrich this lesson with technology because it will help to solidify many parts of the unit in which they have been learning.
